We all have glimpses of what we want our future to look like…..every age and stage of life yields something different. When I had my 61^st birthday the thought of early retirement from my job of 16 years to pursue some sort of ministry started to float around in my mind. I didn’t have a plan and had no idea how to even begin. Very unsettling for a professional project manager! I had no idea how to manage a project in my own life! And after almost eight months of letting the thought run undisciplined through my mind I finally did something…..I got a Life Coach! Janet Aronson was someone who helped me envision the steps I needed to take in order to achieve a goal. And then she helped me to walk through those steps successfully. In April 2016 I resigned my position and embraced early retirement serving as Director of Women’s Ministry at my church and Together Group Coordinator for by design ministries a New England area-wide ministry to women in leadership. ~ Pauline, Ministry Leader
